Recently we hosted Andrew Frapwell of afTLC to upskill our team on Head, Heart, Hands assessment, monitoring/tracking; sequencing of curriculum content and some forward thinking about the upcoming physical education curriculum review. Andy challenged our thinking and ways of working about curriculum intent, inclusion and adaption by design. This was a high quality training day for our team. We now have clear development outcomes aligned to our whole school vision, values and ethos. I would happily discuss and recommend the training solution provided by Andy to physical education colleagues.

Andrew has conducted 2 reviews for the Thomas Telford Multi Academy Trust. The first was a subject, vocational review and the other an attendance review.

In both cases Andrews work can be characterised by, thorough pre-review research and detailed planning to cover all aspects of the review. This led to substantial reports, which included all the evidence obtained, well thought through conclusions and recommendations for action.

In both situations these reports have led to significant improvements in performance. I can therefore, without hesitation recommend Andrew.
